Scott Sullivan of Topanga, California was driving under the influence of alcohol when he veered onto the wrong side of the road and collided head on with Dwyer and Landon Crossley and their companions in their Ram pickup truck. Jordan Dwyer was driving while Landon Crossley died instantly at the scene while two additional passengers experienced injuries that required immediate treatment at nearby hospitals.
